Aims and Objectives
The association believes
in uniting graduates of the Punjab Medical College, Faisalabad Pakistan
who left their homeland in their endeavour to achieve better prospects,
both in their personal and professional aspects of life. The aims and
objectives of the association shall be:

To provide a pivotal source of
communication amongst world wide graduates of Punjab Medical College,
Faisalabad Pakistan.

To keep a database of Alumni of
PMC in United Kingdom and Ireland.

To have a website for exchanging
information, uploading pictures, finding friends, expressing hidden
talent and promoting awareness on current affairs.

To provide a forum for the association
members and the general public to discuss issues of their interests.

To arrange at least one annual
get-together for its members.
-
To provide information and guidance
to junior graduates in their career and social difficulties.
-
To provide educational resources
to undergraduates at Punjab Medical College, Faisalabad Pakistan.
The PMCOSA Executive Committee shall have the right
to make, alter or amend the rules for the best interests of its members
and to uphold the integrity of the association. The individual committee
members shall be accountable towards the executive committee for their
allocated responsibilities. The committee shall produce and publish
an annual progress report.
The association shall remain non-political
and under no circumstances discriminate its members of their religion,
gender or past affiliations with any political groups at Punjab Medical
College, Faisalabad Pakistan.

Committee Structure

Chairman: This
post is reserved for the most senior graduates of PMC in hounor
to their contribution to the association.

President, Finance Secretary
and Information Secretary: These
posts would rotate amongst the pioneers of PMCOSA at this stage to
provide guidence and steer the management of the association.

General Secretary: Open
to PMCOSA members.
-
Female Executive Member: By
nomination from female graduates.

Regional Representatives (4):
Open to members to represent England, Wales,
Scotland and Ireland.

Session Co-ordinators:
From each graduation session at PMC.
